It is a holiday home in front of a quiet and secluded beach in a typical fishing village, where you can taste the fish of the day. The villa is intended for holidays and designed in response to the needs of relaxation with Feng Shui bases and provided with a very large internal surface. It consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (+ 1 extra), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and garage. It has satellite TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen and linen and towels are provided.

It comes with 3 terraces, a very private and two with direct views over the small cove. The small fishing village called Giniginamar and its microclimate makes it especially nice; its beach is very quiet and from the master bedroom on warm evenings you can sleep with soft background noise Atlantic.
Nearby are places of high scenic and incredible endless deserted beaches interest.

Delightful stay!
Stayed in early December 2017, the villa is lovely. All facilities you need are provided by Filipe for a relaxing holiday. The area is nice and quiet but we loved that. There are a couple of larger towns close by for shops etc and we enjoyed nipping there in the mornings and having a coffee with the locals and watching the world go by. All in all a fantastic holiday, we would recommend and would definitely go back sometime. Thanks Filipe!

Wie der Kurztitel schon erahnen lässt, uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen!!! Schon lange nicht mehr war ein Urlaub so erholsam für uns. Am Ende waren wir schon ganz betrübt, wieder abreisen zu müssen. Felipe ist ein sehr freundlicher und netter Vermieter, der stets zur Stelle war, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Das Domizil ist sehr großzügig mit viel Platz zum Erholen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer. Die zwei zusätzlichen Betten sind im Obergeschoss und über eines der Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, eine sonnige für morgens und eine windgeschütze, sonnige für nachmittags außerdem noch die Dachterrasse. Es fehlt an nichts - in der Küche, es gibt sogar einen Stabmixer und eine Zitruspresse. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Ort Giniginamar ist sehr klein mit einem Fischrestaurant direkt am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man hier nicht, deshalb ist ein Mietwagen aus unserer Sicht ein Muss. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. W-Lan ist unbegrenzt vorhanden, es kostet am Tag 2 Euro, läuft dafür aber auch stabil. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal auf diesem Wege bei Felipe, dass wir in seinem schönen Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften!

Erstaunliches Haus mit exzellenter Lage
Die Villa ist sehr interessant und großzügig gebaut, der Garten mit natürlichen Schattenplätzen ist großartig, der Ausblick vom Essplatz (egal ob drinnen oder draußen) unschlagbar. Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich, reichlich Handtücher, zahlreiche Küchenutensilien, nur die Matratzen haben wir als nicht so komfortabel empfunden. Negativ zu erwähnen sind die zahlreichen Mücken, sobald es dunkel wird. Im Haus verfügen wenige Fester über einen Insektenschutz, Felipe stellt umfangreich „Mücken-Killer“ für die Steckdose zur Verfügung, wenn man aber Fenster und Türen offenlässt, was wiederum bei der Hitze in einem Haus ohne Klimaanlage schwer zu unterlassen ist, haben diese Dinger nur eine begrenzte Wirkung. Das Galeriezimmer war ohne Begründung „closed“. Wir brauchten dieses Zimmer zu dritt nicht, zumal man es tagsüber ohnehin voll verschatten müsste, um das Haus nicht noch mehr aufzuheizen. Auch die Treppe nach oben möchte ich nicht mit Gepäck laufen. Allerdings bevorzuge ich es, all das zu bekommen, was ich auf den Bildern sehen kann. Das WLAN scheint im Datenvolumen begrenzt zu sein; nachdem unser Sohn 3 Stunden online war, ging nichts mehr. Da wir nur 5 Tage blieben und selbst in dieser Zeit nicht auf ein funktionierendes WLAN angewiesen waren, boten wir unserem Kind an, selbst bei Felipe anzurufen und ggf. vom Taschengeld ein Upgrade zu vereinbaren, was der Sohn allerdings nicht wollte. Das Einchecken erfolgte nicht kontaktlos, wir wurden herzlich von Felipe begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit ihm war jederzeit möglich, er ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Refugium am Meer
Aufenthalt vom 30.01. bis 06.03.2021 mit zwei Personen. Ein Ferienhaus der Ruhe und abseits jedes Massentourismus. Giniginamar mit einigen weißen Häusern und einem Kirchlein liegt am Ende eines Trockenflußtals an einer weiten Kiesbucht. Die Villa und ihre exponierte Lage sind herausragend für den kleinen Ort. Vom Ferienhaus blickt man über eine Straße direkt auf die Bucht und den Strand. Besonders die Sonnenaufgänge können phantastisch sein. Felipe, der Hauseigentümer, hat uns persönlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Der WhatsApp Kontakt diente der Verständigung über Ankunftszeit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der Strecke. Felipe war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein persönlicher Kontakt einmal in der Woche war uns recht angenehm. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und hochwertig ausge- stattet. Wir hatten uns auf diese Großzügigkeit gefreut. Leider stand die obere Etage nicht zur Nutzung zu Verfügung. Der Garten des Hauses ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die zwei Garten-Terrassen mit 4 Liegen haben auch einige Schatten- bäume. Die Dachterrasse ist dann eine zusätzliche gute Alternative. Das Ferienhaus hat sehr gutes deutsches SAT-TV. Das Internet kommt über Satelít und ist ausreichend für den Urlaub. Wir können dieses herausragende Ferienhaus auch für einen längeren Urlaub sehr empfehlen.
