"Breakfast was great"

"The staff are super friendly, the rooms were very nice & clean & the beds were extremely comfortable!! I would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is, staying on the side of room 219 & 220, next to the stairs, you can hear people rolling out their luggage’s on the cement halls. We can hear everyone talking right outside the door, kids running up & down the stairs. This started around 4a.m till the time we had to leave. I think if I were to stay there again I would take headphones to sleep with or something to block out the noise. People can be very inconsiderate when other people are still sleeping.. :/ Other than that it was a great stay, great location, multiple restaurants & stores close by. Thank you to the staff!! "

"I rarely give five stars but this was an exceptional property for the value. Very clean, well furnished and stocked and the host had very timely responses. Clear communication with host, even extended our stay a couple of days. White Sands National Park was beautiful, good nearby food options - Les Combes was our favorite, great scenic rd near by was a great place to get a walk in. Lots to do nearby and quiet and safe neighborhood. Thank you!"

"There were unanticipated small problems that became evident in first day, such as WiFi not working, refridgerator water filter and ice maching not working. We were very pleased that management was very speedy in addressing these problems, and resolved them quickly. The accommodations were great overall and met our needs very well."

"We didn't do the breakfast. We arrived later evening and Windy was so, so helpful. The bed was good, the bathroom fine, but the air conditioning was noisy so we didn't use it. "
