"When I stepped into the lobby I was immediately overpowered by extremely strong smelling air freshener. It was so cloying I started to develop a headache almost instantly. As I was checking in I asked the lady if the pool and hot tub were both working and she told me no - the pool had sand in it and the hot tub was out of order. I told her those were my primary reasons for choosing the hotel and asked when they would be cleaned and working, she said she didn’t know. I told her I was going to step aside and see if I could find another hotel with an operational swimming pool and hot tub. While I was on the phone the lady called the manager and advised them of what was going on and I heard her say, “the pool has sand in it but they can use the hot tub.” I was able to find a nearby hotel with functional amenities so I went there instead. "

"Overall the property showed its age, flaking paints ding doors that were stained over old veneer scratch bang cracked and broken in the elevator carpets old fading, the biggest problem we had in the two queen room was one of the beds had a huge dip in it and made it very uncomfortable. We brought it up to the front desk who said we were going to get a different room and they will call us, however no one ever called and when I brought it back up they said they already used all the rooms. No apologies, no explanation other than oh okay good to know. I've been in Hospitality for over 20 years and that is never the right response. Housekeeping did great clean rooms towels Linens beddings, the breakfast was good for what she had to work with everything stayed stock warm. Indoor pool with kept clean. Homeless around the area really didn't bother anyone. Overall not the best plus and definitely not the worst. next time in Tulsa will try a different place."

"The room was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to run off some materials for the conference I was attending, and they were quick to help me. The breakfast options were different each day, which was nice. The breakfast area was always clean and well-maintained. There was even a tornado warning. which the staff made sure everyone was accounted for. It made it less stressful. The exercise area was great. Having a bottle filler in there was a great idea. There were enough treadmills there that we never had to wait. It was clean and bright,"
