There were few things missing including amenities like microwave, iron, and tv. However the staffs were very helpful and nice and the place was very clean. The staff also made sure to clean our place and pool per request. So overall I will give it 4/5.

How do I put this …. Sighh.. This lovely beautiful Boutique is maybe good for just a day probably half a day. More for the aesthetic. For pictures for a meeting or just one night to get it on. BESIDES MOLD BEING EVERYWHERE! I mean EVERYWHERE you would definitely get sick inhaling all that toxic waste. I stayed 2 days had to leave couldn’t stand a chance just marinating in mold. I wouldn’t recommend long term nor would I come back until this place is fully power washed with soap and so much more . Other than that it was quite very close to centro Tulum the staff was welcoming and it was definitely an experience staying here . Best wishes and good luck On your upcoming stay

If comfort and convenience are important to you, do not stay here; this place has a lot of potential but fails to deliver because the property seems run down and unkept. Linens feel old, my room had a horrible smell and everything felt neglected. Location isn’t good, there was a cenote near by and that was the only thing accessible. No cafe or restaurant, no public transportation available, you have to constantly get your taxis through your point of contact at the hotel, this may be the theme for the region though. There is no view, which I was ok with so I could have a swim up (that was the one nice thing). Ladies that clean are helpful and nice, there is just not much to work with even if you wanted to pay for mini bar service it just isn’t there.

I had a great stay at Anat Tantric Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to Tulum’s center but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨
