It's a new location and it was FABULOUS! Truly high end features, amenities, grounds, bedding, dining, etc. We were absolutely surprised and very pleased. Would stay there again and have been recommending it to our friends. Staff was wonderful too.

Vi ble flyttet til Kasa Kuyen da de hadde skiftet eiere elns? Litt vanskelig å finne hotellet, men når vi først kom dit var alt perfekt. Superfine og rene rom. Hyggelig personale. Fint hotell og frokostområde. Frokosten var deilig - du kunne velge fra meny hver dag. Gratis parkering. Litt lite basseng, og ingen solsenger, men vi hadde ikke planer om å ligge ved bassenget uansett. Merk, det er mye mygg ettersom det ligger i et frodig område, så ta med myggspray.

We stayed in this hotel because of its proximity to things within the area of Tulum. We were promised free breakfast each morning which ended after day 3 as the hotel removed all the kitchen equipment and staff from the hotel. They expected us to come to another hotel to have breakfast. Front desk staff were never there and we felt unsafe at night due to this. Fresh drinking water cooler was removed on the last day and no water was provided. The hotel is in a legal battle with owners and hotel is renting out rooms with this happening and guests are the ones to suffer for it. Very disappointed in this hotel and that Expedia actually booked it out.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The staff was friendly, the bar has happy hour everyday from 4pm-8pm. I also like how secluded the area was but it was still close to everything we needed. The only complaint I have is that it was a struggle getting clean towels everyday but the hotel tried to accommodate as best they could. Thank you! I would stay again.

We stayed in a great, modern room with full kitchen and porch along the pool (last time it was with a private balcony over looking the pool). Room had all we needed and we were treated by all of the hotel staff like VIPs. Location was safe and walking distance to the Puebla area. Breakfast was good, but not spectacular (we are vegetarians, so this may have complicated things for them) What most disappointed us about our stay was that the electricity was turned off at 7am (the day of our departure). So that meant no lights, no media, no WIFI, and worst, no water for coffee, toilet flushing, or showers! It was due to some maintenance being performed by the city in the area, so out of the control of the hotel. But we were only told about this via text at 10:30pm the night before. In any case, the staff really did their best to help us work through the issues with buckets of water pulled up from their well. But this serves as a cautionary tale for those choosing to stay in a hotel without a backup generator system.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the room was large and a great value for money. Area was safe, but not close to many dining options. So we ate at the hotel, where the food was not very exciting and the beer was served in cans and was warm.

Ótimo custoxbenefício mas cuidado com a distância

Bom lugar para ficar se procura um local mais calmo. KASA Parota fica localizada numa região em desenvolvimento em Tulum, aparenta ser um bairro novo. Muitos hotéis estão sendo construídos, mas não há estrutura de mercados e restaurantes perto. Precisa de carro ou ficar pagando taxi, algo em torno de $20 para a zona hoteleira/praia. A equipe sempre atenciosa e pronta para ajudá-lo, nota 10. Os quartos são amplos, banheiro e cama excelentes, mas os móveis(guarda-roupa) são mais antigos e com cheiro forte de madeira fechada, não dá pra guardar suas roupas ali dentro. Se o café da manhã estiver incluso na diária, você terá direito a um prato de frutas diversas, 1 copo de suco, café e leite, e escolher um prato de café da manhã do cardápio. Não são muitas opções, mas é o suficiente para uma estadia de poucos dias. No geral, é um ótimo hotel pelo preço cobrado, porém, se não estiver de carro e for frequentar muito a zona hoteleira e praia, repense no local, pois até a ida de bicicleta é um longe.

Fantastic Hotel with very comfortable beds.

Very beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. We enjoyed every bit of our stay there. Breakfast was good too. The staff is also friendly and even printed out documents for us, that we needed. There was not much sun at the pool, but that is the only slightly negative part I can think of and that the area around it was a little confusing to navigate, at least for us.
