Nice clean environment better than 5 stars hotels in my opinion if you ever need help, they are just a phone call away or there is always someone on the front desk… the pool in the main floor is very clean and Jacuzzi’s on the roof as well. I would consider on staying with them again soon.

Dimisió and the front office staff was phenomenal! The property was well kept, clean, quiet and in a great area between the hotel zone and downtown Tulum! Rent a bike and see the city in your own way! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this location.

The hotel is great. However, definitely rent a car, or bike. Not much within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that the running water in the rooms (definitely not drinking water, as expected in Mexico) had a strong chlorine smell, like pool water. I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth.

Consider this stay more like a rental of property than hotel stay. Hotel is brand new, very nice -- but we only had one towel for the 4 days (had to pay for extras). Electric stove took forever to heat up to cook breakfast. Only one person at front desk. But for the price, it worked. Area still being developed!

My stay was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming! Any request I had was quickly addressed and i had no issues throughout my trip. Overall, I think Tulum is a great place to visit and I would recommend staying at this hotel given the Amenities and quick access to the beach!
