The main reason for picking The Panoramic for our stay in Tulum was this beautiful picture of the pool. Hate to tell you it hasn't been built yet and they don't tell you that when you book. Other items: no functioning elevator, neither ClubHouse (shop) nor Gym were accessible. Upon arriving we had no codes to get into our room and security was of limited assistance so imagine arriving off 8 hours of traveling and not being able to access your room after carrying your multiple bags up flights of stairs since no elevator!! I was going to cry.... Once we were able to figure out how to make contact with the Xperience team all was good. We were able to get into our room which was the King Studio. It was very nice however once we sat on the bed it was broke - UGH!! With a quick phone call again we were moved to another room. Pleasantly surprised by a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room and dining room. This was a fantastic space. Clean, modern with a gorgeous tub that we took a nice soak since there was no pool or hot tub in the location. We love to experience the local area when we travel so this location was great. Walkable to the market for bottled water and supplies for breakfast, but also the local restaurants were fantastic and inexpensive, and tons of local shopping! Beware of the side roads though - they're barely paved - so if renting a car I wouldn't rent a sedan. I was thankful for our SUV. I would highly recommend The Panoramic when finished

Skeptical after reading the reviews. We loved the actual property and the staff. We had a hiccup when we first arrived(hot water heater burst) but staff was right there to offer us new rooms. The new rooms wasn’t what I booked but was great rooms. The street isn’t paved and real bumpy but it’s Mexico. So I would definitely stay again and I recommend others as well.

The property manager and people who worked in the hotel did not communicate, which left us with not much assistance. The front desk push us off to always call the property manager and never help us. The room had problems through out my stay and although the property manager tried to accommodate us. I didn't really feel good about how they did and had serval issues. I did my best to enjoy my stay but i wouldn't stay there again. No hot water, no light and ac in the room. And not one person on the property was helpful. I had to continuously reach out to management.

Property was very nice and well taken care of. However, driving to the property was a mission with all the large holes and construction was working next door from early in the morning till late at night but everyone was very nice and very hospitable. Overall my experience with the hotel was a good one.

I didn’t like the fact that any question I had the receptionist could not answer. Everything had to be done through email. There was no communication that the pool was closing. The rooms weren’t stocked up. The stove did not work requiring me to give away the food I had purchased.

HORRIBLE HOTEL! Do not be fooled stayed here 5 days booked for 6 days and had to leave a day early because this hotel does not clean your room. No housekeeping, no food, no wash rags, no restaurant near, nobody to help you when you need someone. Pool was filthy. I booked This hotel for my bf boyfriend and we came home extremely sick!!! Not sanitary at all! Do not come here! Sheets smelled like wet damped like mildew.

Absolutely beautiful! Loved the area (besides the crazy bumpy road to get there haha) and the hotel ! Self swimming pool upstairs in our room, perfect size bed, everything amazingly clean, beautiful view over the town and great staff ! Much more to say but to keep it short. Definitely a 5 star hotel from me ! Would definitely go back and would suggest it to a friend !

We stayed in PHC1 which I would consider the ghetto suite. The pool was never cleaned. We never received a remote control for the television. No cleaning services or new towels offered during my 8 day stay! We was temporarily moved to a basic studio , which I may add , had better amenities. (Face towels ,decor , kitchen necessities & a remote control! ) but in the basic studio the AC broke and flooded the room during our temporary stay. Destroyed my property and when I requested a claim report I was ignored by the host, Maria. We was than transferred back in PH1C (despite complaints with Maria). We did not enjoy our stay at all. it was uncomfortable. we seen other guess at the pool ( which the tiles are broken down , outdated currently nothing like photos ) the other guess were checking out early and described their stay as “the vibes are off” Our stay here was for 8 days and it was terrible overall . I do not recommend. Kitasogorgeous for photos videos.

Where do I start!!!!! We arrived early and was told we could not check in until 3pm. We didn’t mind too much so we went to get food and came back at 3. When the “host” (I say that lightly) checked us in we entered the room and the floor was wet like someone had just mopped. We were under the impression that the room was vacant for 48 hrs in between guests. I placed my things in the closet and went to shower. When I came out it smelled like a wet dirty mop that was left in a dark closet. They had mopped the room with a dirty mop and it reeked!!! Simultaneously, I heard a dripping sound. I searched to see where it was coming from. Opened the closet to see that the AC unit was leaking onto all of my things!! Including my LV duffle bag. I contacted our “host”. She came, pressed some buttons on the AC and said to give it some time. I asked what about my luggage? She said she would contact the owner to reimburse me. We went to the pool to “give the AC time”. We came back to flooding!!! The entire floor wet. We then saw the “host” running to her car and leaving the property. She stopped answering our calls. We had to leave in the middle of the night in our wet swimsuits and find another hotel. Do not stay here. This is not a hotel. There is no management on site. There are no towels. It’s just bad. I was so disappointed.

Very nice hotel for the most part as far as look but they don’t have food and my hot water didn’t work in my room the don’t have wash clothes just hand towels and dry towels. And they don’t clean or change sheets while you are there or switch out towels.

Very unique hotel!
This hotel is super nice- the center with all of the trees that opens up to the sky is so cool. Room was spacious and clean and I liked the big bathroom. A few things I disliked: first is the location, it's a bit removed from the main downtown part of Tulum, so it takes 10-15 min to get a taxi called there, and the roads are horrible (bumpy dirt road with tons of holes in it). Second, not sure if this is truly a hotel or a "condo" but there was no housekeeping service any of the days I stayed, i.e. bed not made, trash wasn't taken out, toilet paper not replaced, etc. Lastly, one night there was a ton of people either above or next to me having a party. I didn't want to be that person to call the front desk to tell them to be quiet, but it was VERY loud and I was trying to sleep. There is NO phone in the room to contact front desk, and it was almost midnight so I wasn't getting out of bed. I called hotels.com for them to try to connect me but they did not have a direct # to the front desk, just some customer service answering machine. I could "leave a message" - sorry I did not want my problem solved the next day. Major fail, very annoying. The rooftop pool is a big draw- very cool circular infinity pool, however it was not filled all the way when I was there so it was a bit disappointing (they were repairing some tiles). Overall the hotel is nice, but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

Efectivamente Panoramic no es un hotel como tal, son departamento que administramos distintas operadoras en este caso nosotros que somos Xperience Hoteles, sin embargo contamos con asistencia presencial de 9:00 de la mañana a 5:00 de la tarde diariamente y asistencia vía WhatsApp luego de ese horario. Esperamos nos de una nueva oportunidad en cualquiera de nuestros hoteles si eso es lo que desea.

Great stay
Amazing time at The Panoramic. The hotel was clean and our private pent house was great. We loved our private pool and the views! Keep in mind that there are no restaurants, as this is a condo-style type of hotel. Also, you have to go through dirt roads to get to the hotel, so it's a little annoying for taxi's to pick us up, but other than that it was great.

Upon check in, they told me that the room I paid for was not available due to “maintenance”. I asked to see the room and they could not show me. I believe the gave my room away. I paid for a 3 bedroom PH suite with private pool and got a 2 bedroom regular room instead. Then...the electricity and water went out the next day and all they could tell me was that they’re not a hotel and to contact the people I booked with (which was Hotels.com) (which I also had NO SERVICE to contact anyone). My birthday was ruined!

terrible service by the administrator !! there was no one from the administration when we arrived, the security guard had to do magic to give us a room, because the room we were given had no electricity, and we waited until 11:30PM and they downgrades us to a smaller room. Beatiful residences, AWFULL and UNPROFESIONAL management

We had a little suite with rooftop pool . We loved the private pool . However , there was no key for the door to the upstairs so this made us feel a little uneasy . Maybe other units have a key, but they said they could not find our key for that door. We also loved the large shared pool. The service was great and very attentive personal.

Amazing stay at this hotel
This hotel was amazing and in my opinion one of the best in tulum, the hotel has amazing penthouse with pools on top with nice view, ask for Mr Axel (Manager ) he'll help you with your stay ,food, tourism and much more, the hotel is 5 minutes from the center of Tulum and 15 minutes from the Tulum Archeological site , the hotel is kind of brand new ( 3 months old ) amenities will be added like restaurants and bike rentals before the end of the year. I will definitely recommend this hotel .

Hello, I am staying at the panoramic hotel in tulum Mexico which was hosted by xperience hotels. This “hotel” was advertised through your website and there have been many many hiccups along the way, but I know how somethings can sometimes go wrong and I brush them off but this is the last straw...it’s 10:07 México time today Tuesday July 16 (my birthday) and I’m in my room and next door they are having a full blown construction site ( uncontrollable hammering non stop by multiple hammers) I have full videos of proof regarding this absurd disruptions. All my video have proof of sound and time stamp, this is incredible. I’m on vacation and not only is it my birthday but I trusted you guys as Expedia would have business with professional establishments ...I understand not everyone is on American etiquette but it’s 10 pm on a weekend in what is suppose to be a hotel and you’re hammering away in active construction. RIDICULOUS! This isn’t a hotel, this is still an active construction site...here are the things I’ve let go off but enough is enough ..loose electrical cables everywhere, no signs in the entire property, no garbage cans, no one was here on Sunday to help us with our needs (we needed toilet paper and the security guard brought hand drying napkins) no taxis to call, it’s not 10 minutes from the beach like they claim it’s actually 30 minutes on an undone road where a tire can pop at any point and people wear hard hats because there is still construction everywhere.

La atención es lo mejor!!
El complejo es excelente. Las habitaciones son perfectamente equipadas y la piscina privada tiene sol todo el día. Definitivamente es el hotel para mi siguiente vez en Tulum.
