Villa Iguana is a refined Caribbean beachfront villa designed for families and groups seeking privacy, space, and uninterrupted ocean views. Located on the protected shores of Soliman Bay, this five-bedroom, five-bath residence combines thoughtful design with a peaceful coastal setting.

All five bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and feature en suite bathrooms finished with hand-painted Talavera tile. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, including a rooftop suite with a palapa ceiling and panoramic bay views. The separate garden guesthouse includes a king bed and a king sofa bed, offering added flexibility for couples or families traveling together. All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned.

Outdoor spaces include a beachfront swimming pool, shaded dining terrace, private beach palapa, hammock, and kayaks for guest use. Regular housekeeping and garden service are included, with private chef services available upon request.

Villa Iguana stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Villa Iguana. The management team was excellent to work with and Anita and Chino, the staff, were such a pleasure. We rented a vehicle to get around which the management staff arranged for us. It worked out great. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the natural beauty, serene setting, and thoughtful design of the villa. The location right on the beach was simply spectacular... waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the terrace will stay with us forever.The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious, comfortable bedrooms (each with a private bath), breezy indoor/outdoor living areas, and a private pool that became our favorite place to relax. Every detail felt professionally curated to maximize comfort and ambiance.We also loved the outdoor spaces... from the hammocks on the beach to the sun loungers by the pool... perfect for lounging with family and friends. The included amenities like Wi-Fi, kayaks, and housekeeping made everything effortless and relaxing.The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. This villa is a true Caribbean gem... we can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return someday!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two families and we all agree that this was the best vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is gorgeous, we were able to snorkel, swim, kayak and paddleboard right from the house. The caretakers cooked several meals for us and there are 2 great restaurants that we could walk to. We went to the ruins and sinotes one day and Xelha another day. We cannot wait to come back!
