"We stayed at the Eb hotel by Eurobuilding en route to the Galapagos for 2 nights and then for another night after our cruise. The hotel and staff are excellent. The shuttle ride is efficient and it's approximately a 10 minute ride from UIO to the hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and found the menu to be wide ranging and sufficient for our needs. We also opted for the complimentary breakfast each morning and were not disappointed. Overall, would recommend for travelers going to and from the airport who need a safe, close and friendly place to stay. "

"The Good - location, location, location, In the heart of central Quito with a nice grocery store two doors up the street and a decent one across the street, and plenty of good restaurants close by, Room was spacious, had a mini-fridge, an outside patio area, and a central courtyard with seats, tables, sofas and such. The Bad - Not for mobility impaired as there is no elevator. The Ugly - no parking and street parking is often unavailable. If uou want a Hilton or Hyatt type hotel, you will not like the hotel. But, if you want kind of a funky, relaxed, cool experience, you will like it."
