To start off the location on hotels.com/expedia.com were incorrect. This hotel is on the Main Street which was very noisy and upsetting since we picked this property based on location. The rooms were not sound proof. Additionally, we had 3 rooms for our group and 2/3 were not cleaned. One had a bloody towel and the other had the bathroom supplies used/open. We also never received housekeeping automatically, which I did not mind but good to know if you like a clean room. The excursion team there did not support in cancellations which I was not happy about as someone from our party fell ill, he did not give us a refund at any capacity although we were promised a partial refund as the deposit was already paid to the tour operator, the GM did not give us a refund after multiple messages. Breakfast- Yes Breakfast is free but it is the same leftovers each day and unsure what most of it was. Nothing special compared to other hotels in the area. Some parts I liked was they gave a free water bottle each day, and the regular staff was overall friendly.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. Expedia advertised check-in as 7:00 or 7:30 AM, so my friend and I arrived around 10 AM, only to be told our room would not be ready for another two hours. We were then unexpectedly told it would only be another 20 minutes and were brought up to the rooftop to wait. After waiting, we were informed there was an electrical issue and that we would have to stay at a different hotel, Zahira Pyramids View, a minute or two down the road. We never never saw the room we originally booked. The alternative accommodation was equally disappointing. The view was nothing special, the street was extremely busy and noisy, there was constant construction in the building, the walls were very thin, the hot water was unreliable, and there were numerous tiny bugs in the bathroom. On top of that, the photos advertised online appear to be heavily edited or AI-enhanced and do not accurately represent the experience. The surrounding area was also unpleasant, and the staff were not particularly helpful throughout the situation. The biggest issue was the complete lack of consideration for our time. We arrived expecting the accommodation we had booked and instead spent hours waiting, only to be relocated without much explanation or assistance. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend either hotel to other travellers.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are generally very helpful and efficient except one or two in the restaurants. Breakfast is good in general but I wish the cooked food is a bit hotter. Otherwise location is good. Rooftop is great for a drink and food and viewing the pyramids. Plenty of restaurants nearby and this hotel’s restaurant serves very good food and good price. The travel agent in the hotel arranged a 3 days private tour for us plus picking up and dropping off to the airport. Really good value and we had a spacious car and a knowledgeable guide and a driver. Well recommended On the whole, a very enjoyable 4 nights stay

Staff was excellent. View was stunning. Breakfast provided was exceptional.
