Excellent roof top hotel close the the Po river. Lovely area near the river. 30min walking distance to the centre. Hotel offers room for students too and offers cheap and convenient food. Would come again.

Staff very helpful, when we arrived it was quite late and the reception staff pointed us in the direction of food which was very helpful. We also needed to stay an extra night because of adverse weather and travel on Motorbike restricted, again receptionist was very helpful and managed to sort room for us to stay

Good location, good service

No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement.

My room was not clean at all, it was dirty below the bed and the furniture. Many insects were found in the bath room, some of them even bit me through the night. Room service barely cleaned at all and the bath room was a mess lacking space. Breakfast’s selection is not worth it either. On the positive side the personal itself is very friendly and the room itself is spacious, but the cleaning definitely has to be improved.

Unfortunately, we were given a dirty room and of course we were not happy. The receptionist was also not very friendly. She didn't even tell us what time breakfast was, I had to ask. After we changed rooms, I can say that the cleanliness was ok and the room was comfortable.
