Cozy and clean hotel, well equipped apartment, even the bathroom had a magnifying makeup mirror ,which women appreciated. Staffs were friendly and helpful.Their breakfast buffet was perfect. We had a pleasant stay there and highly recommend this hotel apartment.

Very clean, nice hotel , fairly modern look, rooms were spacious and clean however you are not able to control the climate control in your room you have to contact the front desk to turn on/off the AC which was a bit of a pain Otherwise an overall good place and value for what we paid .. shopping is also within walking distance

Rooms were good. Very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. However, as a 4 star hotel, would expect to have tea/coffee making facilities and there were none. The air conditioner made the worst noise in all rooms, that we had to turn it off, not an issue as it was winter but would be an issue in the summer. Location of hotel is not convenient. Taxis are like gold dust, so you have to rely on buses. To get to Turin, it took 2 bus rides to nearest Metro station to then get to Turin. Bar staff very rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. Additionally, the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays and given his far out from anywhere, was our final straw. Crockery all chipped which we weren’t expect either at a 4 star. Additionally, if you do not book with the hotel directly, you cannot check in early, check out later and the staff will make it known that they do not appreciate you booking through a 3rd party. Note, check out is 11:00am and not 12:00 as stated on websites.

Great hotel that’s conveniently located for the motorway. Secure parking. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was plentiful and just what we needed. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the cleaning that started before 0730 with vacuum going right outside our room,

I love the Elevator that was directly connected to the bedroom, the car parking spot linking the elevator to the bedroom, and moreorso, the room size and decoration coupled with the automatic windows. The Hotel was such a beautiful place to stay. I would love to stay there whenever i visit Italy again, and I will definitely recommend the place to friends and families.

It was just off the highway which is why we picked it. We were driving from Siena to Paris and needed to break the trip. It’s a perfectly nice property but seems to have an identity crisis, it’s a salesperson hotel that’s also trying to be a place for a ‘romantic getaway’. Very clean, comfortable bed, great staff and free parking.

It’s about 15 minutes outside the center of Torino. Next to the highway but the rooms are soundproof because you do not here anything from the highway. Rooms are big and super clean Parking garage under the hotel Perfect

Perfect for Juventus match

Hotel is located in suburb of Torino. It is perfect for going to Juventus stadion which is ten minutes drive from there. Room was very spacious and clean. We had jacuzzi but it did not work and buttons were broken. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes and delicious warm bread. Property has underground garage.

Guests check-in from their car which is ok, but the person in the car in front of us had an issue so all 4 cars behind him had to wait for 20 minutes while the guest argued with the assistant. The property is clean. The staff was friendly. The bed made me very itchy - either due to soap allergy or gnats perhaps. The pillows were terrible. And the air conditioner control lights up the room. The breakfast bar was good and there was a friendly staff person there. I would not stay here though with small children as the rooms are small, and there is no outside place for them to run around. Some rooms have their own private entrance from the parking below and other design features seem to indicate that this is a place to stay with someone discreetly.
