Il Peggior Hotel degli ultimi 10 anni

Non lo definirei un albergo ma più una locanda. La stanza era pulita, ma davvero poca atrenzione ai dettagli: Box doccia mal funzionante, set di asciugamani non adeguato (manava quello per il viso, fornito solo telo doccia e 2 asciugamani bidet), frigorifero per il minibar appoggiato sopra un mobile, phon non funzionante, tavolino per lavorare inesistente ed in generale un archittettura datata. In ogni caso sarei passato sopra a tutto se non ci fosse stata la totale mancanza di attenzione al cliente durante la fase del check out. Avevo fatto una prenotazione, chiedendo il pagamento al check-out, come faccio da 10 anni in tutte le mie prenotazioni e per la prima volta in 10 anni mi è arrivato l'addebito all'atto della prenotazione. Il giorno del check-out la titotlare non voleva darmi la fattura e dopo mie insistenze e circa un'ora di attesa per emetterla, mi sono sentito dire, quando ha visto che provenivo da Roma, fece un commento del tipo "Adesso è tutto chiaro, guarda caso da Roma", come ha dire che la provenienza geografica giustificava a sue detta le mie inutili rimostranze. Davvero non lo consiglio a nessuno questo albergo e spero che venga anche tolta la possibilità di usufruire del servizio di Hotel.com che invece funziona molto bene

Die Chefin Katty ist sehr,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Räume sind großzügig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Motorräder konnten im Innenhof sicher abgestellt werden.Eine gute und preiswerte Pizzeria ist vom Innenhof zu erreichen. Falls wir wieder in die Gegend kommen unsere erste Wahl.

Hotel tranquillo

Hotel sito in zona tranquilla in centro a Volpiano, camere piccole ma pulite e confortevoli, dotate di tutto il necessario, letto comodo, unica pecca la scarsa insonorizzazione, l’ascensore rumoroso si sente troppo. Non c’è parcheggio ma se trovate posto potete parcheggiare nella strada adiacente.
