The building is very quiet and secure. On the ground floor, there is a concierge desk and a garden with two reserved parking spaces, as well as space to park a 9-seat van.

THE APARTMENT

The lift measures 960x650 mm with a 670 mm wide door and a capacity of 250 kg. There are a few steps between the lift and both the ground floor and the top floor.
You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. There will be no other guests or anyone else during your stay.

Bedroom 4 features a comfortable double bed. It features both general lighting and reading lamps on either side of the bed. A large chest of drawers for storing clothes.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped. It features a worktop made of fine marble, a hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle. Included are plates, dishes, glasses, pots, and everything you need to prepare a meal worthy of a top chef.
There is also a comfortable table.

DINING ROOM
The dining room is directly connected to the kitchen and living room and is furnished with a beautiful, elegant table that seats 12.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features three comfortable sofas and a large central fireplace. It is equipped with a Full HD Smart TV and has a large balcony. There is also a desk and a round table in the area adjacent to the entrance.
