Purtroppo la casa, nonostante sia in un palazzo storico del centro di torino, e in pessime condizioni. Impianto elettrico a dir poco precario, prese pericolose, e una puzza di fogna persistente che non ci ha mai abbandonato proveniente dal bagno. Nel complesso eviterei un ulteriore soggiorno
