The building is located in the center (ZTL), in an ideal position to visit all the main points of interest in the city, both on foot and with the help of public transport. The accommodation
The 100 sqm apartment is located on the first floor, without a lift, of a building dating back to the 18th century dating back to the Napoleonic era.
Renovated and well organized, the interior is divided as follows:

LIVING ROOM: large living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, walk-in closet access, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 2: double bed, desk, bookcase / shelves, chest of drawers and TV.
KITCHEN: 5 burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and moka pot.
BATHROOM 1: bath / shower, toilet and bidet.
BATHROOM 2: shower, toilet and bidet.
OTHER SERVICES: independent heating with boiler, unlimited Wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two fans.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling with small children, pay attention to the crystal table positioned between the sofas in the living area.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30 pm and 11.00 pm: € 25
- between 23.00 and 24. 00: € 30
- after 24.00: € 40
All late check-in requests are subject to property approval

The tourist tax will be collected in cash upon your arrival
