The apartment is spacious with good size bedroom and sitting room. Condition is very basic. It's next to a busy road and train lines, so it's quite noisy as you can hear the trams all the time.

Excellent service bad timing for us
The service was excellent. The receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel had roofers working Saturday morning from 7:30am to 6:30pm. We had a big skylight on our bathroom. We could not take a shower all day. We woke up early because of the noise and couldn’t take a nap in the afternoon either. There were tricks we had to learn the hard way or never at all. The hair dryer only works when the bathroom lights are on, the tv had tricks too, but we gave up watching. The decoration is from the 70s and that could be a good thing for some but not for others. We liked it.

Roomy, great shower, excellent towels, nice communal private area for leasure and a smoke. Good English TV channels for Italy. Ceiling a bit low for tall people approaching 2 meters like me. Great service. The front desk help of Carlita, Gabriel and Stan were very attentive.

Great location, lovely apartment
The check in was quick and efficient, and there is a nice courtyard to sit in outside reception. Parking was easy with spaces reserved for the hotel outside and it was free for the weekend (if you manage to get a space!). We stayed in a studio room (number 12) and it was lovely, the air conditioning was great, comfortable bed and sofa and lots of kitchen amenities. We would stay here again, great value for money and friendly staff. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the historical centre, and across from the train station so very handy for moving around Turin!

With so many room style I suspect your exp will be subjective to the room style. I had a "suite". I quite liked it. The view from the balcony of the train station, trains plus street was a highlight of the stay. AC and everything else worked great. Room bathroom was huge for just one person. The person who checked me in also gave me a great pizza resto recommendation. Only oddball thing was the kitchen had zero utensils. Kind of pointless to have a kitchen without utensils...? Also enjoyed the neighbourhood just behind the hotel. Not touristy and nice/safe slice of Torino life.

Very nice
Really nice large rooms and comfortable beds. Quite a lot of sound bleed from neighbouring rooms though and annoying that no usb sockets beside bed.

Lovely property. Stayed in a spacious studio apartment with washing machine and other nice amenities. Large bathroom with great tub. Across the street from Porto Nuovo train station. Easy to find and walk to main attractions...walk straight down the sidewalk for a couple of miles through interesting city streets to find the cathedral with the Shroud of Turin.

Good location, but the homeless are nearby. Parking is conveniently right up front. Walking distance to Egypt Museum. Gated entrance with office and main doors inside the gated courtyard. Small kitchen with utensils and stuff. So cute. Courtyard is pretty at ground level but not so much when viewing from your window. Staff was as friendly as you could ever expect. Wonderful people and very helpful. All spoke English.

Our stay was pleasant, so relaxing because of the confortable bed, spacious room. We were able to cook food we wanted to eat. I like the bathtub with jacuzzi. What is not good to see is the soroundings. The location is far from the city center.

Very comfortable, clean safe option
Such a comfortable place. Kind staff helped me print out a ticket I had to have, located the bus and train schedule and I appreciated his assistance. Memory foam beds. Basic kitchen equipment. Tiny drinking glasses. Stop at the nearby market if you’ll be there for a while and want more. Frudge, stove, dishwasher, tub, washing machine. You will need to buy or bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap if you want something other than an extremely basic tiny bar. Excellent stay and value for the money. No breakfast. A little bonus of 3 coffee pods (70 cents each more), a few teabags and dry crackers in plastic. If you like having breakfast, shampoo, conditioner, more, face Residence and to the left down the block is a market. I forgot to put my housekeeping sign out for three days and when I asked about it at the front desk he reminded me to put the sign out the night before or in the morning. By mid afternoon it’s too late. Overall, while it is not a great area for me, I recommend it as a safe, spacious, convenient for transport option. If you want a very quiet room, ask for one facing the courtyard. The area is not too attractive but it’s good for public transportation.

You have everything from coffee, utensil, detergent, washing liquid for washing machine, no need to worry and an easy stay. Very convenient to train station & bus from airport. Staff are friendly.

I had a great stay. Choose top floor's rooms.
It was my first stay at the Residence. I had some doubts, I am from Torino but live in London. I always went to Turin Palace and even there the area is scary. Via Sacchi is a dodgy place, no doubt. Every day i ran the risk of being killed by some nutter cyclist that, breaking the law of course, thinks he is racing the Giro d'Italia on the pavement. Having said that the first night i had room 14. Wrong room. Too noisy. At 6AM having had enough I asked to me moved and very quickly was relocated to the top floor, n56, and there it was great. very quiet, yes hotter being a loft but nice. Turin has a mosquitos problem during summer months and I made the mistake of leaving veluxes open but apart from being eaten alive by several UFOs it went very well. I am going back soon. Nothing we can do about the area i m afraid. just mind your wallets.

Mixed experience
We stayed on two separate occasions here. Score reflects mixed experience - second time it was great with a very nice top floor modernised apartment with Jacuzzi however first time on arrival was shown to a room with wrong number of beds and after some hassle a room with three beds in front of the property, facing the station and tram line. This was an extremely noisy and dated room with 1970's decor and even a vintage fax machine with yellowed paper as a phone! This was very poor value at €160 for the night, although the room was very large (about the only positive thing to say about the depressing space). The tramps sleeping in the arcaded street outside does not help the ambience, although this is to be expected around many European main stations and it is not far to walk to more pleasant areas. To be fair, I think they are in the process of upgrading the rooms (we saw builders at work) what we saw second time looks very promising.

Comfortable and well equipped.
We were upgraded from a studio to a suite. The bed was huge and very comfortable. For a 3 day stay it was great to have a washing machine and full kitchen. Handy to the station, about 10 minutes, but a good hike from most of the attractions. Staff were really helpful with suggestions, info and bookings.

Great location, just 7 min walking from Porta Nuova station, very quiet area. Open plan apartment with washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, large living room, bathroom quite spacious. Very friendly staff, great privacy. Very comfortable especially for long stays, as it has the basic comforts of a house. Tvs, one in the room and another in the living room. Central heating and also own air conditioning. Excellent wi-fi.

Safe and clean and close to Central Train Station
Walked out of Turin Central Train station, turned left, and walked in under 10 min to Residence Sacchi (had to cross the street). Buzzed to get into inner coutyard where tall bamboo plants and a welcoming outdoor sitting area awaited. Very helpful reception - hassle free. Showed me to my clean apt. Felt safe. Checkput was hassle free and the let me leave my luggage for a few hours, and charge my phone when I came back to pick up. Even offered me coffee following my checkout. Lovely place with character. Apt had everything I needed and shuttered windows lookong onto Via Sacchi.

Very nice stay
It was a very charming stay and the appartement was very practical, comfy and cleverly built. Very original bathroom. The bed was EXCELLENT !!!!! They make their own beds through a professionnel bed-builder..! The area was correct but close to the train station. But totaly soundproof into the apartment.

Ok, but not the best location.
Nice enough for a budget apartment. Spacious and clean with cooking facilities. The staff are very nice. The location isn't great if you are there for a short tourist visit. Probable great for extended stays.

Clean, but dated & very poor neighborhood
Residence Sacchi is rather dated inside, but it is clean and comfortable. My biggest issue is the neighborhood - not great, with graffiti everywhere. As we pulled up, my family said, I sure hope this is the wrong address. It was not.

Good value hotel apartments
A lovely experience. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (apartment) has everything you will need, ok the decor may look slightly dated it was clean and very roomy. Aircon, Sky TV, cooking and washing facilities. It was perfect for our short stay in Turin.

Nice residence, great location
Great location - 10 minutes walking distance to Via Roma, airport shuttle bus stop nearby at station Portan Nuova. Hands reach to the supermarket and local food market. Friendly and helpful staff will anwer any question or query with no hesitation. Daily cleaning along with daily fresh bed sheets. Cozy and comfortable suite. It has everything you need to feel like home! Highly recommended, will definately stay again, when back in Turin.
