Modern one bedroom apartment of about 45 square meters is located on the third floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:
LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and TV
KITCHEN: on sight, with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with double bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have free unlimited WiFi, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating, a cot for babies and a high chair for small children
PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hall with a closet is shared with the apartment next door

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30 pm and 11.00 pm: € 25
- between 23.00 and 24. 00: € 30
- after 24.00: € 40
