Not a great hotel. Pretty old, with a small and limited breakfast buffet. On their website they have written the parking is free but it is not! They asked me €8 for one night. Not much ofc, but unexpected! And when we arrived at 11 pm, they first said there is no garage/parking, but after I complained about their ad, the guy at the reception came and opened the gate.

Quartier calme,excellent accueil en français, chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuner varié. Seul problème : l'insonorisation de la chambre qui permet d'entendre tous les bruits venant des chambres conjointes.

Twelve Hôtel est un petit hôtel de quartier proche du métro avec un personnel accueillant. petit dèj complet et copieux un bon plan pour visiter Turin. Je recommande. Aussi une excellente pizzeria à deux pas de l'hôtel le "49"

Pagato per notte e colazione per 2, al check in ci è stato detto che abbiamo pagato troppo poco per avere la colazione. Basiti, abbiamo accettato la cosa. Al check Out differente personale della reception ci ha fatto sapere, ormai tardi, che noi giustamente avevamo anche la colazione. Mi spiace ma non penso che ritorneremo.

Sehr empfehleswert.

Alles weit besser als erwartet. Dass der kostenlose Parkplatz die Laternenparkplätze vor dem Hotel und NICHT die Hotelgarage meint, ist aus der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen. Das nachträgliche Inrechnungstellen bleibt als Beigeschmack, den der sehr gute Service insgesamt übertünchte.

Discreto 3 stelle in rinnovamento

Hotel in zona residenziale e attualmente in corso di ristrutturazione. La struttura esterna è un po' datata, ma le stanze sono appena ristrutturate (bagno nuovo e stanza ritinteggiata recentemente). Ottima la colazione, con ampia disponibilità di dolce e salato. Migliorabile l'approccio del personale, a prima vista un po' di difficile lettura, ma rivelatosi estremamente disponibile. La pulizia della stanza è sufficiente e facilmente migliorabile con un po' di attenzione supplementare. Letti un po' rigidi. Buona la dotazione di cuscini di diversa resistenza. La grossa pecca è il collegamento con i mezzi pubblici (a dire il vero questa è una carenza della rete in generale più che dell'hotel). Per ora ci sono buoni 20 minuti a piedi per arrivare fino all'attuale capolinea del Lingotto. Non appena sarà completata la linea della metropolitana credo questo problema sia risolto (la stazione della metro è in costruzione a 300m dall'hotel). Ci sono un buon numero di locali in cui cenare nelle vicinanze ed un paio di supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Riassumendo: un discreto 3 stelle, una volta finita la ristrutturazione in corso e ponendo un po' di attenzione ad alcuni aspetti.
