"The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely. "My room was charming, with flowered wallpaper, a four-poster bed, and a chaise longue. I appreciated not having to insert a card to control the lights. The lobby, bar, garden, and breakfast room were all beautiful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the croissants were excellent. The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from the nearest Metro station and a couple of blocks farther to the Duomo. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not use the spa facilities. I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!"
