Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

The property is nicely landscaped and easily accessible by public transportation from Market square. Although the pictures of the waterpark are misleading. Obviously they were taken when the Club was first built. The waterpark is a fun experience if you have children, and the pool water is well maintained. You have to pay extra to use the waterpark it is not included with the price of the stay. This makes for a rather overpriced stay in an older hotel. Biggest complaint is that the entire facility has no Air conditioning and is very hot in the hotel rooms and even the restaurants. The Classic Pizza restaurant was very good and comfortable.

hotel is in horrible shape and in the spa + hotel smell mold + everything broken. Hotel + Spa need full renovation and fast. we didnt have sheets in the bed 😁 i pick sheets from Reception and do the job which normally hotel staff should do. 0/5 hotel, dont go.

This is a "Holiday Club". Unless you are there with your family to partake in the waterpark do not stay here. Nothing was open when we got there at 3pm. No bar, no restaurant, except pizza and Hersberger. Breakfast in the morning is late, too late for anyone expecting to get an early start. Just a bad choice unless you want to go to the waterpark.

NOT in summer. AC does NOT work. Go Scandic Eden

Compared to other hotels of its kind, for example, Scandic Eden Nokia, where we have also stayed in the past, Caribea is way worse, you get charged for every little thing, the restaurants are way worse, and after this last time, we won't be back. Not only was it 40% more expensive, but Caribea does false advertisement since it advertises AC, and the rooms did not have any. Despite requesting three times to get our room changed to the part of the building not directly hit by sun, nothing was done and we spent two awful nights sleeping in heat.

Hotellin kuvaus villoista oli epäselvä ja väitti, että ne ovat erillisessä rakennuksessa, vaikka osa ei ollut. Olisimme halunneet villan, mutta tärkeämpää oli olla kylpylärakennuksessa. Ilmastointi piti todella kovaa ääntä. Ensimmäistä kertaa vuosiin jouduin koputtamaan yöllä seinään hiljentääkseni normaalilla äänellä puhuvat naapurihuoneen asukkaat, että voisin nukkua - ääni kuului liian hyvin. Aamupalassa ei ollut kehumista. Eikä sängyssä.

Perus hyvä, minijääkaappia ja toista yöpöytää jäimme kaipaamaan huoneesta. Myös tv:n asetukset oli säädetty turhan tiukaksi. Esim puhelimesta näytönjako telkkariin olisi hyvä lisä, kun selaimen kauttakaan ei elokuvia voi katsoa. Aamiaisessa eines pannukakut ei säväyttänyt ja jugurtin/rahkan kanssa tuoreet hedelmät maistuisi purkki hedelmäsalaattia paremmin.
