Overall, a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities generally very good. Comfortable room and the housekeeping staff were great. Gym was adequate - could do with some free weights suitable for women - the ones there were too heavy to lift. Running machine was out of action all week disappointingly.
Area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasant especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel.

The hotel has lots of use so is looking a bit tired in parts. Good check in staff and access to lifts restricted by room card, this helps security. A very quiet room overlooking the street and a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel is next to the opera so in the centre of Liege. I will book again.

The sink in the bathroom was broken, we informed the staff to fix it, and was told it would be looked at. Then was told we have to request towels and cleaning isnt done everyday. Its a 4 star hotel, what am i paying for

"A nice place on my travels. Room clean and a double bed which was much needed. Easy enough to walk 10 minutes to a bus station which can get you to central in 25 minutes. Overall a good place."
