"We were in the Presidential Suite and did not get a King room as we signed up for. The bathroom was not in good shape. The paper holder was badly rusted from pee. The toilet seat was broken. The hot and cold water was backwards in the tub. The shower was difficult to turn on. The breakfast was a hot pocket. They had AC units and refrigerators sitting in the hall. They had my wife and myself (2 older people) upstairs without an elevator. I would not use the kitchen for anything I planned to eat or drink. The ice maker in the hall and TV worked well. "

"Had a small bump in the road the day of check in but it was handled immediately and did not result in any delays or other issues. "

"Clean house! Had everything you needed.The only down side there was no hot tub or trampoline for the kids. But we made the best of it. The fire pit was great to end the night. "

"The host communication, arrangements and location were all good. The only thing we missed was that there was not a bedroom on the first floor. One of the visitors was 90 years old and the steps were not easy for her. Otherwise, the family had a comfortable stay."
