"Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again "

"This a beautiful lodge with an amazing view and deck. Huge beams, glass window walls, a huge rock fireplace, large kitchen - very impressive. Unfortunately, it is not well kept up - fireplace is not useable; broken ice makers, fire alarms, outdoor lighting, etc. My family loves this lodge, our second visit, and did have a great Thanksgiving there in spite of the drawbacks. It just needs an investment in upkeep and TLC."
