"Check in was quick, we were allowed to check in a little early. Room appeared clean and it was more spacious than I expected. Another plus, the room was stocked with enough towels. One more plus, it was quiet around the hotel, probably because it was Sunday evening. A few down points: 1. The shower surround (room 141) needs to be replaced and 2. You have to set the ac pretty low before it would get rid of humidity and 3. The bed was not the most comfortable, a little bouncy."

"We loved staying at this property! It is a bit remote (they are not kidding when they say you need a proper vehicle as the road to the property is rock and washed out in some areas), but it is still close to have easy access to beautiful Eureka Springs (great restaurants, entertainment, etc.)! You can tell that the owners love this property by how well cared for it is. It is clean, well maintained, well stocked, peaceful, and quiet. We all loved going for daily hikes on the property and exploring the cliff and caverns as well as the lake area. We also loved that we could let our dog run a bit off the leash in the large dog pen area as well (he loved this as well!). We all enjoyed this property immensely! It is an awesome place to stay and we highly recommend it!"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, with comfortable beds and seating. My son and I enjoyed ping pong battles each night. The host was always prompt with communication. The lake itself was calm and the temp was perfect! The reasons I docked it a star have to do with the location, and not the property itself or the host. It’s a dodgy drive in on a very rough, damaged road. Anyone in a car could be in trouble, and it takes a good 20 minutes just to get to the main road. The lake access from the house is also the public access road, so we were constantly navigating cars and people to get to the lake. I got into one argument with someone who was blocking the house access despite the No Parking signs. That access road was also very poorly kept, and we had to be very careful not to twist an ankle. Everybody slipped at least once. This may seem like nit picking, and it sort of is, buts it’s info I would have appreciated before we booked our stay. Hope it helps the next person. Beautiful home, helpful hosts, but for us, just a tick below 5 stars."

"Everything that was advertised was there. We booked this place because of the goats and the pool table. It was much more than that. We appreciated the scenery and the privacy we had. The house was cozy and exceeded expectations. The goats and deer were fun to feed and watch. The pool table was fun to play and relax with. The 85 inch tv was a great way to unwind after a long day of site seeing and shopping. We would definitely book here again if we go down there again. The hosts are easy to talk to and get ahold of. They respond quickly and are very friendly people who easy to get along with."

"This property is directly next door to homeowner and you share a parking lot so private is not accurate. The pool displayed in the cover photo is NOT included in the rental. It is attached to their events building. IF it is not in use for an event, there is a per person, per day pass fee. The grill shown in photos is also attached to the event venue and the outdoor kitchen has to be rented separately. There is a small charcoal grill for use at no additional charge. My definition of what is pet friendly and theirs is not the same. It was very clean and has a beautiful view from the porch swing. It says sleeps 4 but it's more like 3. 2 in the loft bed and there's an oversized chair that has a pull out downstairs."
