"If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!"

"Very good location. Close to the Vatican and metro that allows you to go anywhere. Many of the popular destinations are within a reasonable walking distance. Not necessarily close but an easy walk. Can’t say enough good things about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff."

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the house is beautiful, spotless, and filled with charm. Every detail shows the owners’ dedication to comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the garden a true oasis to relax. "This hotel is in a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake. The area felt safe and quiet at night. The hotel itself is a gem…. Full of historical charm. The staff was welcoming. Also there is parking a few minutes away. Would gladly return. "

Best Western Hotel Viterbo

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"
