"Another great trip to Mason Lake. This was our 3rd visit and a 1st time visit for our guests. Everyone loved the house and can’t wait to comeback. Steve’s house never disappoints! The views are beautiful and sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day is highly recommended. "

"From the moment we walked in, the sweeping view of Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains took our breath away. This home is massive, beautifully appointed, and spotless. There’s plenty of room to spread out, and it’s easy for everyone to find their own quiet corner in this beachfront retreat.The kitchen is extremely well stocked—so well stocked that it’s worth taking a moment to locate everything before you start cooking. Our family spent hours in the garage Game Room, and the deck quickly became our favorite gathering spot. The sunsets were spectacular, and the view alone feels like a two‑million‑dollar feature. We also appreciated the provided firewood and the perfect firepit setup for ending each evening outdoors.One note for travelers: seniors and small children may find parts of the property challenging. There are several drop‑offs on the deck and a 5‑ft bulkhead without barriers, plus steep handrails leading to the beach. This isn’t an issue for able‑bodied guests, but groups with toddlers or older adults should be aware before booking.The home’s proximity to Belfair and a nearby state park was a great bonus. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay."

"What a wonderful little getaway right on the water. The hosts were very welcoming. The stocked Nespresso machine was a nice touch. My husband and I booked this as a quick trip to relax after a busy few months. The 2nd floor has a beautiful view of the water. We loved playing shuffleboard and the home is fully stocked with a ton of other games too! Really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Although we did not bring our kids this time, I imagine they would have had a blast as well. We loved our time here!"

"We had a great couple of days on Mason Lake. Cabin had everything we needed but spent most of our time on the dock and beautiful lake. The lake is crystal clear with a nice small rock beach and no sign of seaweed or algae. It was a pleasure to swim and float in. Owners are kind enough to leave a SUP and kayak with life preservers for our use. Would definitely consider a return trip."
