Cleaned room. Staff was amazing. Ac does not cool. Was able to get a ventilator easily but room has no windows so it was hot air circulating. Not easy to sleep.

Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!
