"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "Reasonably priced in a high end, resort town. Lobby/Living Room absolutely gorgeous, like a Hallmark movie! My room was perfect. Clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was right across the hall and spotless. I had everything I needed, and felt safe and comfortable. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Aspen Town Center. I would absolutely recommend, and plan to comeback for a girls weekend with my best friend. "

"Absolutely the best value in Aspen. Right next to the shuttles and about 6 minutes walk to town. Clean room good breakfast fantastic staff. All at the most reasonable price in Aspen. Like others the hot water took a long time. But it’s no big deal. Just let it run a bit first. The bathroom is a little dated but again no big deal. Definitely recommend "
