"I really loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The cabin was very clean, especially the beddings. Usually in hotels/cabins I find a hair or a spot on the bedding but not here. Would come again!"

"Property is great. The weather was a bit smokey but that didn't stop the fish from biting. Fished all day and relaxed in the evening with a great view. Property is tight for a 18ft fishing boat. Plan on unhooking the boat and muscling it 180 degrees and rehooking to the truck."

"We had a really great experience. Well stocked cabin, the ACs were charged and actually cooled the place to a perfect temp. The lawn was mowed and sprinkled every night. Some of the dining chairs were pretty rickety, and we had to clean the grill a lot but that is nothing. The fishing was just minutes away and we caught 2 full stringers of 12-14" trout including an 18" 3 pounder. This is sooo much better than staying in a group camp with a horde of ATVs and motorbikes. "The Elk Lodge is two-story, very clean and comfortable, with great appliances in the kitchen for cooking, well lit (which is often not the case with rentals). The living room is spacious and opens off of the kitchen. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect, near the Mazama store and trailheads in the quieter part of the valley well back from the highway. We will return to Elk Lodge next year for Spring Hiking."
