Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...
"Great hotel with good food, nice rooms and nice pool. I recommend all inclusive for drinks at the pool. The barman is nice and makes drinks to order (strong, weak, sweet). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Beware that only about half the rooms are renovated. Check the pictures before booking. You will get a room from the picture. Lohnt sich aber. Man kann auch einfach oben bleiben und am Pool liegen. Zum nächsten Ort sollte man ein Fahrzeug haben, an der Straße geht es sich nicht gut. "

"Beautiful hotel right on the beach, however you need to use steps to get down or walk outside the property and go around.
Perfect views of the sea from the outdoor areas. Lovely outdoor space to enjoy drinks and food. Very relaxing and satisfying atmosphere.
Also you can order food/drinks to the beach which is very convenient.
Staff work exceptionally well to bring whatever you need.
Breakfast very good and the buffet in the evening has many options for dining choices.

Only negative is location at the bottom of a steep hill. Those with mobility issues may find it difficult to walk to the town above. "
