Fabulous Anniversary

It’s was our 24 year anniversary and our daughter’s cheer team had a competition in Savannah. So we packed up our 2 pups and headed down. Your house is perfect, so perfect that we are already planning another trip!

review of Tybee stay in Art and Sol cottage

we have stayed here twice before whenever it had a different name and was being managed by a different company. It was everything we wanted and expected and was very familiar with the neighborhood. The only disappointment was that the a/c unit in the day room was barely functional, never cool enough to be comfortable. SInce there were only two of us, we stayed in the living room all of the time, no worries

Great Place to Be!

3 generations stay for week. Plenty of space to spread out. Nice kitchen and well equipped. Extra clean! Would love to have a retirement home like this!

Peace and quiet

Art and comfort abound!

Fun, artsy cottage! My grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close enough to the beach and yet not so close that folks were constantly coming by on their way to get there. I hope to return with a group of retired friends. It is definitely senior friendly with an entry ramp and hand bars in the showers.

Cousin weekend

We enjoyed a quick 2 night stay at this quaint and adorable cottage. The location was directly across from Sea Wolf, a restaurant featured on DDD and we loved it. We are all from Savannah but most of us have moved away so this was a nice little retreat we’d been looking forward to. North beach was less than 5 minutes drive as well as tybean (coffee). We had everything we needed.

Perfect location

Homeowners have thought of just about everything you could want or need to stay a weekend, week or month. Location is easy access to beach, and even walk to some restaurants. Outdoor shower, hot and cold water always great when returning from beach. The cottage is well decorated in beach theme and colors. Art work adds to the fun. We would repeat the stay.

New Christmas Memories

Looking for new and different ways to celebrate the holidays this year. My three grown children and my Mom got away for a short stay. Tybee Island was beautifully decorated for Christmas very festive and colorful lights. The rental was cozy and relaxed. The perfect size to visit and spend time together and also retreat for privacy and reflection. Close enough to visit Savannah for sightseeing and Christmas show. Great stay!

Exactly what we wanted

Art and Sol couldn't possibly be any cuter! From the minute we pulled up to the property we appreciated the aesthetic. The three bedrooms are perfectly sized, and we all slept comfortably. Everything was very clean and functional in the kitchen and living spaces. We had zero issues from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Tybee in general was absolutely lovely and the location of this house provided great access to everything yet off the beaten path enough to allow for quiet evenings. I felt safe going on my daily walk in this neighborhood. Thank you for a perfect birthday weekend!

Charming and Artsy

Very comfortable and inviting. Upon entering, the front ramp was very slippery when wearing shoes without treads! Could be hazardous. Beds were great. The back room/studio had no heat and was quite cold in January. Luckily we didn’t need the space. Some great old CD’s got us excited, but the player didn’t work 😔 If you plan to do any laundry, detergent is not provided. Well equipped kitchen. Overall great stay. The funky restaurant right across the street is a must! What a great surprise.

Amazing location but cleaning fees high. Floor dirty, dog hair everywhere and hair bathrooms. We had to clean before using everything. Great location

Perfect beach getaway

The house and location are great. My 94 year old mom was part of our party--the house was easily accessible for her walker. Quiet, nice location, but close to the action. We'll definitely stay here again.
