Great location to beach and restaurants.

Everything was great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and we had a great location to everything. Tybee is awesome and I will definitely be coming back.

Would stay again!

We really enjoyed this property! I would definitely stay again. The appliances are a little out dated but all functioned just fine! We were all very please and 6 adults slept comfortably!

Wonderful trip

We loved every hunt about Tybee island. Our location was perfect, we could walk to shops and food but also the beach. Mermaid cottages were extremely friendly, and helpful. When we come back, we will be looking for more properties run by this group

Bach Beach Trip

Had a group of girls here that we had to celebrate a bachelorette trip at the beach. The house was perfect for beds. The sunroom and backyard was a great hang out spot for everyone. Very close to the beach and restaurants (less than 10min walk) . Will definitely stay here again as either a small group or even as a couples getaway!

Fantastic and clean!

First, let me tell you about the amazing host Tammy! She is an absolute doll! This little cottage was perfect and meet all of our needs. Great location. Close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Best part was the screened porch. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Our camping trip was canceled due to the heavy rains in Upstate South Carolina, so we put in a call to the Mermaids, AKA Our Fairy God Mothers , and just like that we were on our way to Tybee. Sea Casa was a great little house with a big yard , not far from our favorite places. We love Tybee and we love the Mermaids !

Great home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Casa was perfect for our family, which included four adults and two children. This is the second time we've stayed at the house and we would definitely stay there again. Our favorite parts of the house are the huge screened porch (where we eat all our meals), the outdoor shower (nothings better after a day at the beach), and the proximity to the beach. The whole house is comfortable and clean. We do a lot of cooking and even some baking and the kitchen had what we needed. Mermaid Cottages is a great company to rent from. They are extremely responsive and helpful, if needed, and otherwise you never see them (which is perfect).

A wonderful little house walking distance to the beach

While I could tell the story of my family and our trip to the beach, the part you probably want to know about involves the house and the property management. They were wonderful. The house was simple and clean. The bright and airy feel evoked the sense of the beach life that we were eager to enjoy. And indeed it was just a short walk to the beach. Which, on the busy weekend we visited, meant we didn't have to fight for parking. That's a huge plus. There was a helpful book regarding the island on the coffee table, and for the entire time of our visit, we had phone access to a local person who was more than eager to help. The house was just big enough that when we wanted to step away from the beach, we didn't feel like we were retreating into a confined space. Although, if you get stuck inside for multiple days in a row, it might not continue to feel that way. There is a large covered patio to lounge on, and a sizable back yard which is wonderful if you need to travel with pets (like our dog). Overall, we would highly recommend them.

Great Location!

Loved this stay. It’s a perfect location, has everything you need and even had extra beach toys for my kids. It’s just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, has several food places within walking distance and the porch and outdoor shower were wonderful for brushing off sandy kids!

Cute Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Casa, a charming little cottage located only about 4 blocks off the beach. The colors and decor were very beachy and it was an easy walk to not only the beach but several other eating places and a convenience store. Keep in mind, that if you're like us and not from the Savannah/Georgia area, this cottage does not supply beach towels. We've stayed in a lot of beach locations and have never run into this issue before. I think guests would also appreciate it if they provided a bar of soap for the bathroom. We enjoyed the outside deck quite a bit. I would love to see a re-imagining of the screened-in porch area. Given its large size, it just begs to be a second living area with better furnishings. The backyard space is also under-utilized and could really use a little love. Overall, it was an easy, comfortable place to land for some well-deserved beach time.
