"They have customer service down pat! From the very moment we stepped out of our Taxi, staff made it very clear, they wanted us to have a memorable stay. They greeted us with a big, bright, smile and a helping hand immediately. We sipped on fruit infused water as we checked in. Once in our room, the view of the planes taking off was awesome to see! Securing car service for our outings each evening, was such a breeze. The hotel has their own car service on hand to be at your beckoned call. It was wonderful. Staff exceptional. Grounds exceptional. It was fun to walk around and explore and keep finding more and more of the hotel."

"Hi, My name is Kinga and I spend few days at the Hotel with my sister and my friend. The staff were very kind and helpful with all of our request during our stay at the venue.
