This luxurious 6-person house with large garden is located on the recreation park "De Friese Wadden", a quiet park near the Wadden Sea, Franeker and Harlingen. This house is an excellent base for trips in Friesland.

In the garden there is a barn with a spa with outdoor shower (hot and cold). In the barn you will find a sauna with changing room. Both the sauna and the spa are suitable for 5 people. The outdoor area is completely fenced. The house is fully equipped and has a spacious living room. The cozy open kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore, the house has a TV, WiFi box and washing machine. Netflix is also available.

Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom with rain shower and separate hand shower and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets. The spacious living area with patio doors is directly adjacent to a lovely terrace with a spacious lounge area and chairs with all-weather cushions, dining table with chairs and picnic table. The view is expansive and you regularly see a bird of prey hanging in the air looking for prey. Around the house you can play on the spacious lawn.

On the fenced plot of almost 600 m2 there is a parking space suitable for 2 cars. Pets are welcome. The park has a swimming pool (open from May till September) and tennis court (free entrance), a playground and a snack bar. There is a bakery within walking distance where a limited range of groceries is also available.
