"The hotel seemed like it was a long-term housing for people, The hotel smelt like smoke all throughout. The front staff was not the cleanest looking person. "Beautiful hotel decor, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had an accessible king room on the 5th floor. It was very large and had very good accessible features. Nice selection at breakfast and appetizers in the evening. The employees were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cars are parked behind electronic gates.We will be staying at this hotel from now on while visiting Charlotte."
