"Nothing against the hotel or its staff , however 5am fire alarm sounded , all guests had to leave the rooms until the fire dept arrived , was a guest smoking in their room on the 5 th floor ."

"Poor housekeeping. Toilet did work properly and I was told they would give me a plunger and I had to unclog the toilet . Room was cleaned for two days not even fresh towels or trash removed. "

"What a fantastic home! Extremely close to downtown Belmont as well as Charlotte. We had a great little family reunion and the home had everything that we needed. The host, Jason, was super responsive and told us everything that we needed to know. We will definitely be back!"

"This is an absolutely awesome property. We did unfortunately have a little trouble with the hot tub. But I have to give Stephanie credit, she got a repair man to us asap, and we didn't lose much time during our stay that we could have used it."
