"Wayyyy better than La Quinta nextdoor! First class check in! Well organized and super easy. Clean rooms. Quite hotel (other than the losers loud cars on 35 but not hotels fault and calmed down about 8 pm). Great & thoughtful comfort and design. Love the luggage shelf plus micro, frig and coffee/tea choices in room. Highly recommend! "

"All rooms were very clean and supplied with all our needs. The weather was fantastic. Quiet neighborhood. Police patrol made us feel safe as well. We accomplished exactly what we wanted to do. Rest, relax, go fishing, bbq’d, took walks with our pets, rode around site seeing and ended our evenings sitting out on the balcony enjoying the breeze and the view. I will definitely rent this awesome place from Robert again! :-)"

"Hotel was a little older and needed few upgrades seems like they are trying to get the hotel upgraded a little at time seemed short handed at times was a little concerned about the fire alarm system being operational and the fact that they had a dehumidifier in our room and there was covered up water damage in our room carpet always felt wet.But would stay there again for the fact they really seem like they were trying to address the issues."

"We stayed Monday through Thursday with friends and had a wonderful time. The canal location was perfect. The parents fished in the backyard while the kids swam in the pool. It was peaceful, quiet, and just a one minute drive to the beach.The house was clean and comfortable, with a little normal wear and tear. The listing photos made it look slightly nicer than in person, but everything was still in good shape and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight for the kids, and a sunshade would make it even better for midday swims.The downstairs area has its own kitchen and beds, which was great for extra space, though it stayed a bit warm. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to work with.Overall, it was a great setup for families. We would definitely come back for another relaxing getaway."
