Péssima experiência em hospedagem na Ilha de Itaka

Fui informada via e-mail pelo Hotéis.com q a reserva estava cancelada por falta de disponibilidade na pousada Ilha de Itaka. Ao chegar, sem qualquer informação de cancelamento pela Hotéis.com junto a pousada, a proprietária quis cobrar novamente a estadia, alegando q não iria receber da intermediadora. Então liguei na “Hotéis” e fui informada q estava tudo certo c/ a reserva e pagto. A dona ficou ouvindo minha conversa com a Hotéis e dando palpites, sem q eu pedisse sua opinião, enquanto eu resolvia o que fazer. Então resolvi ficar, ao entrarmos na suíte, o banheiro tinha mal cheiro, utilizei um produto forte para melhorar o odor, sem sucesso. Solicitei a troca de quarto, e p minha surpresa foi negada mesmo tendo uma suíte com mais espaço vazia. A informação foi q clientes da Hotéis não podem ficar nestes quartos com mini varanda, mesmo cientes que estávamos com um bebê e um pet. Muita falta de respeito, pois nem local p secar nossas roupas de banho tinha na suíte a qual nos disponibilizaram, tbm informou q a suíte de meu interesse foi reservada 1 dia antes e já estávamos hospedados, ou seja, deram preferencia para quem reservou depois. Foi notável no decorrer da estadia o mal humor da proprietária. Outro fato que me chamou atenção é a troca de toalhas acontecer a cada 2 dias (região praiana e o hotel com piscina).O café da manhã básico, poucas opções de frutas, suco e poucas variedades nos demais itens. Foi uma péssima experiência em hospedagem, tampouco recomendo a alguém.

Já havia ido no carnaval com meu namorado e amei o local. Dessa vez retornei com a minha família e levei algumas coisas para fazer um café surpresa para minha mãe e as meninas me ajudaram em tudo que eu precisei. Hospedagem maravilhosa que eu com certeza irei voltar.

Pousada charmosa com bom custo-benefício!

Foi uma passagem rápida de 1 dia! Recepção 24h com muito bom atendimento! O pátio com piscina é bem agradável! Não chegamos a experimentar o café da manhã pq começa a ser servido às 8h e Saímos bem mais cedo (mas seria bom começar às 7:30 pq às vezes o pessoal gosta de ir cedo para as praias... o que em Ubatuba pode ser longe).

Close to the beach about 200 meters from the pousada. Good place to shop and fine restuarants nearby. But quite small roon interior space to fit in 4 people in the sweet room. Quite old air-conditioner but qood conditioned ceiling fan equipped. Wi-fi fast enough

Gostei da Limpeza, da organização. Não Gostei do quarto, muito apertado para o casal e cama extra para a criança. A pousada não tem Garagem, fui em carro grande e por duas noites o carro dormiu na rua e a garagem oficial não é coberta. O Café da Manhã trabalham com os pratos na mesa o que limita muito no caso de uma terceira opção de comida. A Senhora Lu é meio ríspida e uma das hóspedes foi tratada meio grossa na frente de todos. As moças da recepção são maravilhosas no tratamento. O Local é muito próximo do itagua com muitas opções, mas o desconforto causado no estacionamento, atrapalha muito a tranquilidade que se busca.
