"On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison. The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing. The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume. I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching. I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own. So please ask about it if you decide to stay...

"This is a beautiful building renovated into apartment rooms. We loved being able to open the door. We were on the third floor and had a view of the the trees and square. Location was convenient to train station for day trips. We had some problem with the fridge, temperature was too cold. We also lost use of our key card due to a malfunction. The front desk had to let us into our room. If it weren't for this property would receive 5 stars"

"Hotel Splendid was in a good location, we found parking in the residential streets less than 5 mins walk away. Sea view room was nice to have. Bedroom was good, nice linen and towels and comfy bed. Nice extras, kettle, tea biscuits and water. Bathroom was a little dated but was fine. Nice to have a heated radiator for wet clothes. Staff at reception were all friendly and helpful."
