"エクスペディアの予約 の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。
部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。
調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"トータル的に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。特にプールとプライベートビーチは素晴らしく、 日本には数少ないゆっくり寛げる空間で海外の方が多く非日常感が素敵でした。キッズクラブのスタッフの方達も非常に親切な方で安心して預けれました。レストランやホテルのスタッフもホスピタリティーは最高でした。ありがとうございました。"
