"We had an excellent stay at Nohga Hotel Ueno. The location is unmatched. Just a short walk from Ueno Station, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient. It was easy to hop on the JR lines or the subway, and the neighborhood itself has a lot to offer, from great restaurants and cafés to Ueno Park and several museums nearby."

This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo. "

"Lovely modern hotel in a convenient location. Short distance from Ueno station or a very short walk to Inaricho station which is on the Ginza line. We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again.
