Casa Turritella is a brand new, newly completed vacation home with private pool, waterfall and Jacuzzi, for vacation rental in Lido Marini, on the Ugento coast.
The vacation home is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower and toilet by the pool, kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, a parking space.
Casa Turritella offers up to 4 beds. Pets allowed.

The vacation house Casa Turritella is introduced by an exclusive courtyard, with a parking space and a lovely veranda with table and chairs.
The interiors are modern, furnished with care and excellent finishes.
The entrance is into an open space consisting of dining room with open kitchen and living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed and TV. Sliding glass doors allow the two rooms to be separated, so as to ensure maximum privacy.
The kitchen also leads to 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.
From the living room you exit to the inner courtyard, where there is a beautiful swimming pool, small and equipped with a waterfall and whirlpool, with sun loungers next to it and outdoor facilities with shower, sink and toilet en plein air.
There is airconditioning in both the bedroom and living room.

Casa Turritella stands in the center of Lido Marini, marina of Ugento, on the Ionian coast of Salento. The house is just 350 meters from the seafront promenade and beaches of golden sand and crystal clear sea.
The seaside resort in summer offers all the main services. It is just 9 km from the beautiful historic center of Presicce - Acquarica and 10 km from the historic center of Ugento.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is external with shower, sink and wc en pleain air.
