Located in the center of Torre San Giovanni, it offers easy access to all essential services (bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, fish market, pharmacy, etc.) and is just a 5-minute walk from the stunning fine white sand beaches.

Spacious and bright, the house was fully renovated in 2025 and features 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of which are en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, and a 14-meter balcony furnished with a dining table and sofas.

The highlight is the rooftop terrace, complete with sun loungers and sofas—perfect for stargazing.
