"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle bus service to the mosque, which made our stay even more stress-free. "Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person . Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use. Beds were comfortable. We need to ask them for tea bags every days . They used head count before give use yea bag ! Looks like they are in...

"False advertisement that property is less than 1km from masjid nabvi.(haram). They lie about property location 17km away. We cancelled the booking and got fully refund from expedia. Please be aware booking in mecca and medina. Hotels are faraway they send you property address later and blame expedia. Anyhow first makesure hotel address or location is correct."
