This is the only houseboat with roof terrace at this location in Uitgeest. From the terrace you have a beautiful and unobstructed view over the Uitgeestermeer. After preparing a tasty breakfast in the kitchen, you can wake up in peace on the back deck with table and chairs. The WiFi signal might not be as strong as you are used to, but with this location you will soon forget about that. An oasis of calm in a central location!

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The park is close to sea/beach, nice towns such as Volendam and Monnickendam on the Markermeer and the large cities Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The park is easily accessible by motorway and Schiphol Airport is also nearby. The nearby harbour offers a bistro and brasserie, as well as bicycle and boat rental. From here, you can easily cycle or sail to lovely places along the Uitgeestermeer or further away, such as the Zaanse Schans or the Noordhollands Dune Reserve.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
