Great place
Delayed flights had me arriving very late so i couldn't get to my apartment, so i needed late chdck in and good services. This place was incredible. Very comfortable room good service and the staff are all friendly people. Really wonderful

Very clean hotel with all the proper basics. Great for an affordable stay in the center of UB — right next to Shangari-la mall and other tourist destinations.

It was a good, inexpensive hotel in an excellent location. The bed was comfortable, not a rock-hard mattress. The breakfast was good too. When I'm traveling with my wife and daughter, I usually stay at the Blue Sky, which is basically across the street, because it has a pool. However, for solo trips or without my daughter, we'll stay here instead. It's all you need in a hotel, as long as you don't need a pool.

Great small hotel. Unfortunately, the showers were like warm out first day and there was a person smoking next to a no smoking sign. The showers were hot by our 2nd day. Unsure why they were not previously hot.

Nice hotel
Family picked us up from airport at midnight and brought us to this hotel. They also picked us up at noon the next day to go to yurt camp. Room was large and clean. We stayed less than 12 hours. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel - traffic is out of control
Wonderful location near city square, clean rooms with Western-style comforts. Staff speaks good English. Although hotel staff arranged airport transportation, it is not included in the price of the stay. We had an unfortunate experience with the taxi service arranged by hotel staff. We were charged more than agreed upon. The traffic in the city of Ulaanbaatar is out of control and walking isn't safe. Although the hotel is in a great location and the staff was delightful, we would unlikely return to this city anytime soon due to the

Good option centrally located
The Springs Hotel is very centrally located, almost couldn’t be better. You’re close to the main square, the Shangri-La mall, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs not far. The hotel itself is on the basic side, but clean if not very new, it has a minibar with reasonably priced Mongolian beers and Heinekens, snickers, pringles, chocolate, water, and soda. You get one small bottle of water free per day. The shower has a curtain but it’s clean. The hotel is pretty quiet, but I was jet lagged, and house keeping will knock every 5-10 minutes if you want your room made up, until you break down and get out if it’s after noon. I never saw the spa, and the fitness center didn’t look inviting but has some equipment to get in a little something on the road. There’s someone at the front reception at all hours, and the breakfast buffet is pretty great. Not the biggest selection, but they have an omelet station, salad and veggies, pastries, surprisingly decent coffee, fruit, and everything they have is good. I’d stay here again easily.

Great location. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean. Plaseant hotel if you can avoid room # 901. Above on the roof, the hotel’s a/ cond. machinery noise can drive you nuts.

Highly recommended for service and location
I spent five nights at Springs Hotel last week and it was really great. I highly recommend staying here. Got a great price online too. Location-wise, it's excellent. Central Ulaanbaatar is pretty walkable, and this is just off the edge of Chinggis Khaan Square (a short five minute walk). From the square, everything else is only another 5-25 minutes away on foot. Across the way is the Shangrila Mall for a little shopping and international flavor (and an excellent movie cinema if you're so inclined). The hotel offers airport pick up and drop off for US$25 at all hours. The staff are great here. It was difficult to find good English speakers in UB, but the receptionists were all highly competent, polite and patient with all our questions. The front desk offers day tours and a reasonable cash exchange too. My room itself was also of great quality, very spacious, tidy and clean. Nothing to complain about. One of my friends said there was a safe hidden so safely in the closet, I couldn't find it! Wifi is strong throughout the hotel. It also offers a small business center, a spa and massage center (looked reasonably priced at US$20 an hour), and a gym, which I didn't get to check out but heard was quite good too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone who asks.

Location & staff outstanding.

今回で５回目の滞在。古いがメンテナンスされており、部屋も清潔で暖房も良く効いていました。ウェブ会議時のWifi接続も問題無く、快適な滞在でした。 朝食会場が日本食レストラン（居酒屋？）に変わっており、昼食や夕食時に営業（夜は１０時３０分ラストオーダー？？）。普通に美味しく頂いたが、値段はUBの日本食などと同様にやや高めの設定（ショウガ焼セットと生ビール小で、２２００円）。外が最低マイナス３０℃で積雪かつ凍結しており、外出しにくかったので、ホテル内に日本食レストランがあるのはありがたかったです。 朝食内容は昨年夏までと同じく、卵料理やパン、ヨーグルト、ご飯、暖かいおかずなどでした。

大分設備自体は古くなりましたが、部屋には必要な物が揃っており、シャワーのお湯の量も充分。無料の朝食も品数は多くは無いですが、具だくさんのオムレツやご飯、サラダ、スープなど美味しく、価格に見合っていると思います。朝食が週末は午前８時から開始なのは、少し困りました。スタッフの対応も和やかでとても良かったです。また、出張の際には、利用させて頂きます。
