This is a typical sardinian House of 4 floors with Basement.  The ground floor is composed of a hall, 1 bedroom with a small balcony, 1 bathroom and a locker. On the first floor you can find 1 double bedroom with a small balcony, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. The second floor is composed of a large living room with kitchen and a panoramic sea-view terrace.

The house can accommodate 6 people
