"Very clean and modern hotel close to the train station and 20mins walk from the major attractions. Roof top bar is large with a nice city view. Buffet breakfast had everything you might want including items made to order. Room was spacious with a funky layout. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

"The hotel itself is pretty, but it isn't comfortable. The headboards make it hard to relax and it's not in a great area. I picked it because it was "near" the airport, only it actually is still 20 minutes by car and on top of that their "amenity" of a free shuttle to the airport I couldn't ride except three hours too early or after my flight took off. Kind of diminishes the whole amenity part of it. Lots of construction, not many restaurants around. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great."

"Clean room , bathroom sink could have been better. The coffee machine was not that great. Microwave would be a good addition for the room. Room and bathroom is spacious. Good storage. It is very far from the main city and a 15 min walk to the metro. Bus stop is near by. Breakfast not included and felt breakfast available at the hotel is expensive. But there are several nearby cafes "

"The check in process was quick. I can’t say the staff was friendly, professional but not very warm. When she asked what time we needed a shuttle to the airport I said “noon” she stared blankly at me. I guess “noon” is not a word recognized in Spain? The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the airport. I was a little bummed I had to pay extra to park, I feel like they should have free guest parking. The breakfast was pretty disappointing, the eggs were runny and the bacon was super fatty. I would recommend NOT paying the extra for breakfast."

"The hotel was good. It’s not close to Madrid’s subway, so you have to take a taxi to get there. I would recommend it only if you have a car to move around. "
