"The service was amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and compassionate with my disabled father, Mikaela was such a great host during breakfast time and front desk staff morning and evening shift were very pleasant and the management staff was so accommodating towards my dad with his wheelchair. The rooms were very clean and of course thanks to the cleaning staff. They maintained our room clean at all times highly recommend this place and I hope to visit very soon!"

"The ascetic no-frills format of this Marriott Bonvoy hotel fits right into the hip Atocha barrio vibe even if there is only water available in the lounge area. Staff were very good and well-informed. But when amenities are minimal it’s a frustration if one of them, like the television for example, doesn’t work! "
