    In Villa Alpa you will find the modern and lovingly designed interior of our studio flat Alpa 3 on the ground floor. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, a fully functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and electric cooker as well as a stylish bathroom, the flat is an oasis of peace. For your comfort, the bed linen is changed weekly and the living area offers amenities such as a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. A door leads from the living area to the private terrace overlooking the green garden.

    The outdoor area of Villa Alpa impresses with its 730 square metre property with a small, child-friendly garden, free private parking and a large roof terrace. Our outdoor whirlpool for 6 people invites you to relax and is free to use for our guests. Use of the hot tub is according to a set schedule, which is displayed in each flat.
    Each flat has the exclusive use of the whirlpool for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon according to the schedule.
    If a flat does not use its reserved time, it can be used by guests from another flat by prior arrangement. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the marvellous view from our well-equipped terrace - a real highlight of Villa Alpa.
